Health Minister at JGH for symposium address

Dr. Gaétan Barrette, Minister of Health and Social Services, visited the JGH on May 29 to deliver opening remarks at a day-long symposium on promoting quality and safety in a changing healthcare environment. The conference, organized by the Network for Continuous Quality Improvement, featured speakers from across Quebec and Canada, as well as a lecturer from Belgium.

Dr. Barrette was welcomed to the JGH by Dr. Lawrence Rosenberg, President and CEO of the Integrated Health and Social Services University Network for West-Central Montreal (West-Central Montreal Health), and by Francine Dupuis, Associate Executive Director.
