In this year’s edition of “A Shot of Happiness”, the photography competition for CIUSSS staff, more than 120 photos captured the camaraderie of employees during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Congratulations to this year’s winners of “A Shot of Happiness,” the photo contest for staff of our CIUSSS, on the theme of “The Rhythm of Summer in Montreal.” Pictures by 55 employees from 15 facilities competed for the top three spots and two honourable mentions.

Health care and social services are being improved by balancing innovative digital technology with an individual’s need for compassion and respect, Dr. Lawrence Rosenberg, President and CEO of CIUSSS West-Central Montreal, said at the healthcare network’s Public Information Meeting.

Person-centred care, in which the healthcare user’s perspective is crucial to high-quality care, will assume increasing importance in CIUSSS West-Central Montreal, members of the public were told at the network’s third annual Public Information Meeting.
